The World Halal Summit was established to reveal the latest developments and trends in halal in the world and to discuss the decisions that will shape the future of the halal industry.
This year, it will be organized under the theme of “Discover Halal Industry in All Aspects for Sustainable Trade!” on 24-27 November 2022 in Istanbul Expo Center / Yesilkoy. The Islamic Trade Development Center (ICDT), Islamic Countries Standards and Metrology Institute (SMIIC) will be held in cooperation with Helal Summit, which will be held every year with the support of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Commerce, the support of more than 90 World Summits from all over the world, together with the contribution of the relevant Ministries and institutions from all over the world. It is expected to bring together leading academics, researchers, stakeholders and businessmen, leaders of the halal industry and policy makers.
By creating an international platform, the summit creates an opportunity for professionals, experts and anyone interested in halal in the halal sector to represent their ideas and personalities, and is the world’s largest international summit in the concept of halal.
In addition to increasing solidarity and cooperation among the member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), the event strengthens the dialogue between (OIC) countries and all other non-OIC member countries, and raises awareness of the halal concept and industry in non-OIC countries.
Finally, in order to contribute to the halal industry, this platform provides a unique opportunity for speakers from all over the world to share their findings and opinions on many topics related to halal such as food, finance, standards to testing, cosmetics, tourism, textiles, fashion and Islamic lifestyle.
