In the main stakeholder of the Islamic Countries Standards and Metrology Institute (SMIIC); The 7th World Halal Summit, which was held this year under the title of “New Normals of the New Age: The Indispensability of Halal Production and Consumption”, was held at the Istanbul Congress Center between 25-28 November 2021. There was great interest in the summit from all over the world. The World Halal Summit hosted 55 speakers from 16 different countries this year. Speakers presented their valuable original works under 10 different session titles. Besides the speakers, the Summit hosted visitors from all over the world.
